Mt Pleasant Tennis Club is a small, friendly Christchurch club that is affiliated to Tennis Canterbury Region.

The Club is situated in a long disused quarry site that is now Kings Park overlooking the Ihutai Estuary.

The Club has groups at all levels from young juniors to the ‘Gold Card’ brigade playing casual, social, organised and interclub games. Membership is currently at 56 seniors and 60 juniors with new members always welcome. To check out the club and the members, either contact a committee member or come to an organised club day.

The 4 courts are of Rebound Ace Synpave surface of which 2 are open to the public (payment as shown at the car-park gate) and 2 are locked for members only.

The volleywall has been rebuilt and is getting some good use.
